What a busy weekend it's been so far! Yesterday, we went to a birthday party for our friend, Delilah, who turned 3. The party was complete with a giant jumping machine in the back yard - I think Merrin was in there for about 3 hours before we dragged her out. When they sang happy birthday to Delilah - Merrin was belting it out at the top of her lungs. It was hilarious. She's pretty good at singing that song!
Afterwards, Luka went skiing with Bryan, Trevor, Sadie and Greta. They were up at the mountain for about 4 hours and had a blast! Apparently Luka is a natural - we are so proud of her.
Bryan is still feeling pretty sick - I'm convinced he has walking pneumonia. He also came down with pink eye, which he proceeded to give to me. I woke up with goopy eyes this morning. Oh well, I guess it's a good excuse to get new eye make up!
Of course, sickness doesn't stop Bryan when it comes to snow fall. We had a storm pass through the mountains last night, so Bryan left at 6 a.m. to hit Brundage, a ski resort close to McCall that's about 2 1/2 hrs away. The girls and I are going to head to the grocery store and I'm trying to figure out how to get a workout in without using the treadmill.
Anyway, I'm starting this blog so I can post videos a little more easily. Hopefully I'll find some time to update it once in a while.
